Sierra Dawn Hull (born on September 27, 1991) is an American singer, songwriter, and bluegrass guitarist.
Hull signed a contract with Rounder Records at the age of 13 and released his debut vocal album, Secrets , in 2008 at the age of 16. The album reached No. position. 2 on Billboards Top Bluegrass album stairs. Her second album, Daybreak , was released on March 8, 2011.

Early life and career
Sierra Hull was born and raised in Byrdstown, Tennessee and attended Pickett County High School before receiving a Presidential Scholarship to study at Berklee College of Music.
Hull started playing the mandolin at the age of eight and released the album Angel Mountain in 10. He soon played a jam session with other musicians in his family, and in 2001 he entered a local talent contest. His parents, Stacy and Brenda Hull, took him to many bluegrass festivals and it was during the International Bluegrass Music Association festival that he came to the attention of chief talent leader Rounder Records, Ken Irwin. At the age of 11, he was mentored and friends with Alison Krauss, himself a child prodigy on a violin. Hull and Krauss, along with Dan Tyminski, performed at the White House on 21 November 2011.
He has a brother, Cody, and is a distant cousin of former US Secretary of State Cordell Hull.
Hull has received five International Bluegrass Music Association nominations in the past three years.
Hull received the Bluegrass Star Award, presented by Bluegrass Heritage Foundation, on October 19, 2013. This award is given to bluegrass artists who do exemplary work to advance traditional bluegrass music and bring it to new audiences while retaining their character and heritage.
