Deborah Ann Ryan (born May 13, 1993) is an American actress and singer. Ryan started acting in professional theater at the age of seven; in 2007 she appeared on Barney & amp; Friends movies directly to DVD Barney: Let's Go to the Firehouse and later found in a national search by Disney. She is also known for appearing in the feature film of 2008 The Longshots as Edith. From 2008 to 2011, she starred as Bailey Pickett on The Suite Life on Deck. In 2010, she starred in the 16 Wishes movie, which was the most watched cable program on her first day on Disney Channel. 16 Wishes introduced Ryan to a new audience; the film received high exposure in adult demographics (18-34).
