Ankit Fadia (born May 24, 1985) is an Indian writer, speaker, television host, and "ethical hacker" self-proclaimed computer system, whose skills and ethics are debated. His work mostly involves tips and tricks based on OS and Networking, proxy websites and lifestyle.

In 2008 he started a television show on MTV India called " What The Hack ", which he co-hosted with JosÃÆ' Â © Covaco. In this event Fadia provides tips on how to utilize the Internet well and answer questions related to technology. In 2013, Ankit Fadia started the YouTube show Geek On the Loose, in collaboration with the PING network, where he shared tips and tricks related to technology. Hacking claims and controversy

In 2002, Fadia claimed that at the age of 17, she had ruined the website of an Indian magazine. Next, she named the magazine as an Indian edition of the CHIP magazine, stating that the editor had offered her a job when she was informed of the vandalism. In 2012, Forbes India executive editor Charles Assisi (who was editor of Indian CHIP at the time of the suspected incident), denied that such an incident ever happened after verifying with his predecessor and his successor in the magazine as well.

In a 2002 interview published on rediff.com, and online Hacking with Mashup (Sourav) from Bongaon, Kolkata, he stated that at the age of 16, he foiled a Kashmiri separatist pirate attempt to damage the Indian website. He claims he collects information about the attackers, eavesdrops on their online conversations using one of their identities, and then sends his transcript to a US spy organization that has hired him. In 2012, Dell India partnered with Ankit Fadia to create a series of close to 50 videos, each 1 minute long to show simple tips and tricks to get the most out of PCs, laptops, phones, tablets, etc. This video is featured on the Dell India Facebook page with an average of one video per week. People also have the opportunity to ask their technical questions to Ankit Fadia about topics like photography, video making, music composing, navigation aids, games, messaging and more.
