dance moves or dance steps (more complex dance moves are called dance patterns , dance characters , dance motion , or dance variations ) are usually isolated, determined, and arranged so that the original dancers can learn and use them independently of each other. However, more complex movements are influenced by musicality and lyrical relevance to express emotions or refer to messages. Movement dance tends to emphasize the concept of lead and follow and connections. In many cases, the dance movement itself does not depend on musicality, which is the appropriateness of a movement to music (for a clear exception, see Bharatanatyam). Generally, they are memorized in a set of eight counts. There are also two different movements: concrete and abstract. These two movements show time, space, relationships, quality, and focus. For example, a relationship can describe the movement of two or more different dancers.
The names of the movements may be somewhat arbitrary and vary from person to person and city to city. For example, in Lindy Hop, circles are also called "rhythm circles" and "flips". Dance movements can blur each other. For example, Lindy Hop moving swinging out from close can also be considered as groucho to open .
"A dance [line] consists of a number of moves called steps Each step is named so the teacher can tell the dancer to perform this step while teaching a dance The most notable is the grapevine (or vine for short), move four counts to the side. "
In a ballroom dance, the "dance step" is defined as, or requires, the shifting of one's weight from one foot to the other in time to music. "Dancing is stepping on time on the tap of music... In addition to the steps, there are also dance moves, such as the touch of a toe, kicks, and jumps." Some genres, such as ballet, have, "a clear dance repertoire," so different types of dance can be characterized by their different steps and sharing. Each dance emphasizes its own movements, but often moves divided by several dances. Dance or pattern steps can be listed in step sheets .
Dance patterns can be explained by difficulties. The dance pattern can be depicted according to a combination of quick and slow steps and often with a rhythm or music meter, such as a waltz step (a three-count step dancing to a music waltz), a swing move (a four-count dance pattern for swinging music) a four-count pattern of dancing to polka music), and shuffle the step (Texas Shuffle/foxtrot four-count pattern). This may be because, "dance patterns are choreographed to match the distribution of beats and musical size." Moving can also be explained by physical techniques, for example most tap movements use a point-by-point landing (weight on a ball of a leg or leg of a person) position with a very long knee while on a ballet jump landing is demi-pliÃÆ' à © knees bent into outside), most of the Irish dance elements occur in the sagittal field. Different dance moves cause different pressures on different parts of the dancers' bodies that perform the movements, for example the tap, Irish, and ballet movements causing repeated blows to the ball of the leg while the pliÃÆ' © © jumping landing causes the shock to be absorbed through the knee also through the ball -foot-ball.
